Follow-up

So we jumped in to the truck for Deven's first gene juarez hair cut - after his last choppy fiasco I could do nothing less.  We also used our trip to the mall to get Deven a proper helmet.  Just try and tell me he's not one of the best looking kids you've seen in while, I dare you!!

Mountain biking

Nick mounted Deven's seat on his mountain bike today and they went for a test ride up and down our hill a couple times.  Next stop REI for a kiddo helmet, though Deven seems to have found a temporary solution!!

Hair cut

We celebrated the start of the holiday season and Deven's 17 month marker by going to get Deven's hair trimmed up for the first time. As you can see he was a bit nervous or curious - its difficult to discern. I was a little hesitant but he started pulling at the hair over his ears so Nick and I thought it was time. The stylist said that he was a great little man; much better than a previous visitor! That's our little man, fooling everyone!
